The BRIDGE Framework

BRIDGE Doesn't Replace MTSS. It Makes MTSS Sustainable.

You did not fail at MTSS. You were asked to implement it without a leadership framework designed to sustain it.

BRIDGE Is Not Another Initiative

Let’s clear this up first. BRIDGE is not another initiative, and it does not compete with MTSS.

BRIDGE is the leadership framework that supports MTSS, PBIS, SEL, UDL, a new reading initiative, or any other effort your district is working to implement. It helps determine whether that work becomes part of how your district operates or fades when priorities and leadership change.

Districts rarely struggle with MTSS because they lack programs. They struggle because leadership teams have not been given a clear process for implementing the work, aligning it across the district, and sustaining it over time.

BRIDGE provides that clarity. It helps leadership teams understand what to focus on, what questions to ask, and what systems must be in place.

It is not another program to manage. It is the leadership work that strengthens the programs you already have.
